Delicious Hummus on Toast

1 slice Burgen Soy-Lin* bread, toasted

2 tsp low-fat hommus

1 small tomato, sliced

20g low-fat feta, crumbled

2 tsp parsley, chopped pepper



1. Spread toasted bread evenly with hommus.

2. Top toast with tomato slices, crumbled feta and parsley. Season with pepper and serve.
