Evidence-Based Information

These services are provided using only evidence-based practice, meaning you are getting information that has been extensively researched and is up to date with current guidelines.

Holistic Approach

Because we are part of the Health+ Diabetes Clinic, our services can be integrated with:

  • Metabolic & Hormonal Assessments

  • Specialist Diabetes and Endocrine Services

  • Medically Assisted Weight loss

  • Exercise Physiology

Group Sessions

Whilst individual consults are ideal for personalised advice, our group nutrition sessions offer an interactive and fun environment to learn about the wider concepts of health, nutrition and eating.

Small Group Sizes

Group sessions run with 5 to 10 likeminded participants to allow for discussion and in-depth exploration of topics.

Content is grounded in real-world strategies, and we endeavour to provide samples and practical tools to help you put what you learn into practice.

Attendees of previous sessions have spoken highly of the value of sharing their experiences and hearing from others who are on the same journey.

Our sessions cover key nutrition topics including meal planning, perfect portions, snacks and more.
